I’m largely self taught. Fake it, ‘til ya make it, right?
At the time I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Art (with concentrations in both Printmaking and Graphic Design) web development was a fledgling technology with no real standards or practices in place.
After graduation, I continued to dabble in interactive media, both visual and audio, while starting my career as a graphic design at a small package design agency in my hometown. Once I understood “print is dead”, I transitioned my career from print design to web design and development. I leaned into my burgeoning interactive skillset to advance professionally.
